I Lost My Instagram Password
I lost my Instagram password. I tried using the "forgot password" option, but I created this account many years ago, and I didn’t set up a recovery email. The phone number linked to the account is no longer in use—it's from a different country than the one I’m currently in. The good news is that I still have an active session automatically logged in through Chrome on my PC, but unfortunately, the password isn’t saved in Google’s password manager.
