How to make your LinkedIn profile publicly visible for logged off users?

Is it possible or not?

E.g. I'd like to do that for my profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/cirosantilli/ but when I try to visit it from a Chrome incognito tab or even on a clean test Chrome profile logged off I just get redirected to the authwall https://www.linkedin.com/authwall and don't see any profile information

I've searched the settings, notably under Visibility https://www.linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/categories/profile-visibility but I couldn't find a setting that will change that behavior, everything seems to be as open as possible as I can see.

I also went under "Public profile settings" https://www.linkedin.com/public-profile/settings and "Your profile’s public visibility" is on with everything set to public.

What confuses me further is that Google seems to be able to index at least some information of my profile, so something must be visible for logged off users.

If I log in with a test account without any connections then I am able to see the profile once again.

Am I missing someting? Or are there other factors outside of my control that make my profile not publicly visible?
