StackExchange: How can I, as a new user with less than 5 rep, post to the meta about one of my own questions? [migrated]

I posted a question which got removed by a moderator. I went to post about it to the meta and I got this message:

Cool, so I am still able to post regarding my own questions even if my rep is < 5. So I proceeded to post my question in the meta, only to get this error message:

How can I get past this error message so that I can post my question on the meta?
