Is it possible to reactivate an old account without anyone on my friend list knowing I am online? [closed]

I need to reactivate an account that I deactivated 10 years ago. All I want to do is log in stealthily, download my data, and then delete my account.

I remember back in the day when friends would deactivate/reactivate their accounts and my friend count would fluctuate, prompting me to look at my friend list to see who came and went. Is this still the case with Facebook?

Also, is there a way to lock my entire profile down to private so that no one, not even those on my friend list, can view or interact with my old content?

What about the messenger (the native web app version, not actual installed app)? Will anyone be able to message me and see that I am online?

I did a test data download with an alt account and it took two days for the download link to show in my inbox, so that's plenty of time for anyone to notice that I've reactivated my account and try contacting me again.

What steps can I do to avoid all detection for just long enough to get my data and delete my account? Or is there a way to download my data without reactivating at all?
