Automatically remove duplicates based upon semi reused Unique Numbers and date leaving the latest dated items

I suppose you hear this all the time but here I go again "I'm new to Google Sheets" :-) Apologies for asking what might be basic questions!

So, I have a google sheet that is populated by a continuous stream of information coming from different forms.

Maybe some background of what I am trying to achieve might help:

I am trying to manage some skip bins (approx 100) with unique QR codes and I want to know the latest information about these skips bins by the latest transactional date.

Each time a Skip Bin is moved it has a QR code on it which is scanned and that information is then loaded into a Google Sheet.

Once it movies I want to have a running sheet that is updated without deleting the previous records from the original submissions.

For example in this way I can do a search and find out the latest address the skip bin is.

The forms when submitted have a range of Unique IDs that are reused (well not truly unique then :-) )

Lets say there are 100 of these ID's that are reused.

I am trying to filter automatically from the original Source sheet that receives this information and update another sheet with accurate up to date records that are not duplicating the unique ID's.

For example:

We have unique IDs say H-00001 to H-00100we have Date and timeA number of other columns that can bee seen in the screenshot below.

These Unique ID's are used over and over again but I only want the last Dated entry with corresponding ID to be shown in a particular sheet.

Apologies if I am repeating myself :-)

Anyway hopefully this is enough info for somebody to be kind enough to assist me.

Cheers
