How do you add another custom rule that will return the range back to white with a strike through applied based the text in a specific cell [closed]

Is it possible to add another custom rule that will return the range back to white with a strike through applied if status is marked as "Complete"? I already have conditional formatting applied to range L6:O36, which changes the color the range based on the assigned person.

What formula would be applied? This is outside of my scope.
