Making a script to ignore strike through cells from DA onward when using the transpose/sort function

I've created a master list of sorts. I have several columns of information from DA onward that transpose and sort in column C. I'd like to be able to strike through any of these cells and have the sort function leave it out of the list it transposes on column C. Here's an editable link. Put a couple strike through in DA:DE as an example. (I want those or any that have been strike through to not show up in the transpose/sort function.) Any ideas would be great. I'd like to be able to keep records rather than just deleting the cell completely.
