Today, my account was disabled. I asked folks online for help. Someone reached out and was able to get me a security code which fb sent to my email. It says:
“To help us confirm your identity on Facebook, we need to verify your email address. Paste this code into your browser. It can only be used once.
I don't know where to find this browser. Can you help me?
