I have an alias that we have tested and works internally, many external emails come through to it, and we have other aliases set up identically that work fine. But one of our new aliases isn't receiving from one or two senders outside the company domain. The only difference I can see between this group and others is that they work off of Microsoft. Could that be an issue? How could I resolve?
We've tried a few things here already, but as I mentioned, the settings are identical to other aliases that currently have had no issues.
