How do you represent in wikidata that a term has no English equivalent?

Many terms in Wikidata are confusing to English speakers.

• Here is an example in Dutch
• Here is an example in German

If these terms as I expect have no English analog, is it right to enter a Label and Description for them? It seems to ultimately confuse English users by creating another term for taging that has a distinction they're unaware of that is rooted in foreign language they don't speak.
