I have a recurring event that anyone in the company is allowed to attend. It is important for all employees to know it is available, because it is a benefit, but not everyone wants to have the event visible on their calendar.Currently, I have it shared with every member of the company, but some people do not like having the invite, because they see it as clutter, and it makes planning meeting difficult.
Is there a way I can make this event visible on google calendar without actually inviting every person to the event?
