How can I consolidate ChatGPT memories when I hit the memory limit?

ChatGPT’s Memory feature is useful, but it has some strict limitations:

  • The memory only allows a fixed number of entries (around 100).
  • Each entry can be very long, but once the limit is reached, I can’t add new memories unless I delete old ones.
  • There’s no way to bulk export or merge existing memories.
  • Deletion has to be done manually, entry by entry.

This means my memory space quickly fills up with small entries, and I risk losing information if I want to add new ones.

Is there a reliable way to archive and consolidate all my existing ChatGPT memories into a single “master” memory entry (or a small set of them), so that I don’t lose information but can free up memory space?
