When I Google restaurants, specifically Silver Diner, with the intention of reading & leaving reviews, it has a few categories, but omits "host" as a category. Because it is the 1st face-to-face contact at a restaurant, it should be considered relevant enough to have a category.My reasoning: Rating the host specifically will set the tone of if a customer wants to move forward with staying.
