Google Sheets if value is duplicate then mark TRUE on last value

I have a dataset similar to the image below. My goal is a formula to return what is in column C.

If the Company (A) returns multiple times in the column, then in Column C only mark TRUE on the last value from the bottom if there are duplicates.
