Where can I upload malicious emails to report and combat them effectively? [closed]

question

Do you know websites where malicious emails (spam/phishing/malware/fraud/ransom) can be efficiently reported by uploading ?

requirements

  1. I would like to help combat spam. Therefore, I am looking for a website that actually acts upon the reports. I have found a couple of government websites, such as:

Faced with millions of spam emails, governments probably only focus on severe cases of fraud. Therefore, other websites seem more effective to me, particularly big companies and email providers such as Google/Gmail, which do have a self-interest in combating malicious emails. Ideally, the website should report if and what actions were taken for every spam report.

  2. I would like to upload the offending spam message with a web-browser (rather than forward it via email), so that my personal email address (receiving address) is not recorded and accidentally mistaken for the attacker. Therefore and for privacy reasons, I want to remove my own address from the .eml file and upload it. Alternatively, copy/pasting the .eml source as text is also ok, if the .eml file cannot be uploaded physically.
