I am trying to send a Google Forms link (both short and long versions) to multiple recipients via text message (SMS or RCS). However, some recipients do not receive the link at all. This issue occurs regardless of the mobile service provider or the operating system of the recipients' devices. I have attempted to send the link multiple times and through different connections (Wi-Fi, mobile data), but the problem persists.
Could this be a filtering issue imposed by the service providers (Verizon, ATT,etc.)? Are there any known restrictions or filtering mechanisms in place that might prevent certain links from being delivered in text messages? Some folks that ACTUALLY received the Google Forms link actually have their spam filter enabled on their android phone,
I'm out of thoughts of what could be the cause. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
