Did i get hit by a malware? Getting a weird message on my Netflix: "Someone just teased you, take a look" [closed]

I used chrome dev tools to inspect the element, but I'm not very savvy with reading that.

I couldn't copy it from the page source or from Google Dev tools, it won't let me select the whole element's HTML.

I scanned my machine for malware and there's nothing.

Any idea what this could be?
