I'm fighting a spam mail sender for more than 3 months. I receive every day the last 3 months nasty sexual messages to my Gmail account.First of all I think it's a huge shame that after 3 month Gmail Spam team still authorize this type of nasty message to pass. This nasty sexual messages must go to trach before reaching users inbox.
The rules are quite straightforward. All messages come from @outlook.com and all this messages include a certain word in subject. Sender is always different so I can't block the "sender", but all messages send from @outlook.comSubject line is different on every message but all messages contain a certain word.So according the documentation the only I have to do is create a filter like this:from:(@outlook.com) subject:(KEYWORD)
I try every possible combination and every possible action. NOTHING works.I try to delete the message, I try to assign a label, I even add a pass command (Never send it to Spam) in order to handle the message later. NOTHING works!
There are a few points I have to mention. This messages gone to "Spam Folder". I also try adding the "(is:spam)" and "(in:spam)" in every possible combination. No success. The last point I have to mention is that the keyword is not with Latin characters but with UTF-8 characters (no English).
What I have to do in order to fight this nasty messages? What is the correct filter?
