Has anyone gotten this to work? I've been trying for months/years, doing mass deletions per the instructions given elsewhere (it really looks pretty intuitive), getting a message stating that the bulk deletion is in progress...and then waiting, and then...months go by...nothing. No mass deletions. Hasn't worked since like 2016. I've scoured the internet for solutions and all I find are articles telling you how to do it, but nothing addressing what to do if it doesn't work, Any solutions?
