When adding a link in a gmail email using the "Insert Link" button, I type in www.mysite.com but it is automatically changed to http://www.mysite.com
When I click this http link on my system, it simply resolves to the https version. Can I expect that this will be the same for all typical recipients, or will some people get, for example, pop-up warnings (or other consequences) in their browser if I don’t change the link to https?
