Upon submitting a google form, I need to create a unique ID and then email it back to that same person who submitted the form

I need to:

1. Have someone fill out a basic Google Form that will include an email field
2. Have the info they put into the form entered into a Google Sheet with a unique ID for each person who fills the form out
3. Have the unique ID emailed back to that same person's email address they entered into the Google Form.
