SUMIFS and COUNTIFS using multiple criteria

I am trying to do something with Google Sheets that I think I need to use SUMIFS and COUNTIFS statements. I tried to type an example spreadsheet but the formatting didn't look right, so I will try to make this simple. Column A contains a list of names. Column B contains a price plan name, and column C contains a price. I need to match two criteria... if column A contains a certain name AND if column B contains a certain plan name, then I need to A) give a count of those items matching the criteria... and B) add the values from column C together. (both of those will each be in a seperate cell... one cell to tell me how many matched, and the other cell will have the sum of the values from column C. Does that make sense? I think I can use COUNTIFS and SUMIFS but I am having trouble creating the formula. It always displays "FALSE" or "N/A" so I am sure I just have the syntax wrong. Could someone help me with those formulas please? Then I should be able to figure it out with my actual data.

Maybe COUNTIFS and SUMIFS aren't the best formulas for this, but it looked like they were. If there's another better formula, I would be happy to use them instead.
