Is there any way to download all data (users, timestamps, posts, photos, comments) from a Facebook Group into a searchable database?
My wife has several medical conditions that have facebook support groups. We would like to be able to do better searches than FB allows of the content of the use group and compile case studies. PersonalGroupWare/Facebook seems to be not working at the moment. Are there any other alternatives?
