Google Sheets To-Do List: INDEX/MATCH and Cell Updating Questions

I am currently working on a to-do list dashboard for my household chores (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19PhPMUc121KY8ndZq_4HURJ-9Re4K6CNtZgdgAIfzic/edit?usp=sharing) and have a few questions.

I am trying to use an index/match array formula to pull daily tasks out of a raw-data table, but am having trouble searching the table for situations where there might be multiple tasks on one day and posting them to the to do list. I've tried a few setups of array formulas (both brackets and CSE) and the formula still stops after finding the first instance of the date.

A secondary question is that I would also like to be able to mark each task as finished on the dashboard when completed but for that to work I'd have to change a cell in the "Raw data" table as far as I can tell. I can't find a way to do this with formulas and I attempted a basic script but as far as I'm seeing it doesn't have the permission to write to a separate cell. Is this correct or this there another/better way to do this? Thanks for reading!
