Employee Time Off Tracking [closed]

I have a sheet connected to a form. Whenever the form is submitted it adds an employee and their time off to a google sheet. Each time that employee's name is submitted it counts as 8 hours. How do I create a formula that updates every time a name is submitted and both totals those hours and shows how many hours they have left out of an allotted quantity?
