I need to standardize the name formats in column A of the sheet below. Names vary, with some having initials at the beginning and others after the name. Additionally, some names consist of one initial, while others have two or three. Initials may be separated by dots or spaces, or in some cases, there may be no separation. If the initial consists of more than two alphabets, it is separated by dots or spaces. If it is not separated by space or dots, then it is not considered as initials; it is considered as names. Results should come in uppercase. Colored results are visible in the sheet. Please provide an equation to meet this requirement, as the database is extensive. Your assistance is appreciated
