How does contacts sincronization works with Google Contacts and its devices about deleting contacts? [closed]

I have new 5K new contacts periodically in company that is sync from CRM to our Google Contacts account and so to its connected devices. In order to keep everything working well, as well the devices with its contacts sincronizations, we'll need to periodically to delete old contacts to keep only the new contacts in short amount in those devices.

The point is, our CRM sends contacts to only-one Google Contacts account, and this account is vinculated on many devices, in order to all them have the same contacts sincronized.

So I have the following questions:

1. Deleting contacts from vinculated device to Google Account, will it delete (sync deletion) contacts from Google Contacts cloud?
2. If Yes for the question above, just deleting contacts from one of those devices connected to the same account, will sync and keep the contacts deleted in Google Contacts?
3. The Google Contacts 25K contacts limit counts the contacts in the trash?
4. If Yes, for the question above, how do I delete contacts from the trash at once programatically (via API)?
