We get a transcript of voicemails from phone calls as emails. They are all 'From' the same sender so the only identifying factor that varies is the Subject line which contains the phone number that the message came from. We have a label folder that all of these messages go into once we have handled them. But sometimes we get repeat callers that do not indicate that they have contacted us before. If the newly received messages could be automatically linked to old messages when the subject line matches this would save me from having to search each one individually. I just would love for it to automatically give me some type of indication that we have previous messages with the same subject line.
