SELECTING A ROW WITH A QUERY AND IS ONLY SHOWING NUMBERS

I'm using this query -> =(QUERY(TABLE A1:M);"SELECT D")This column have some rows with numbers and others with text (not mixed), but with the query is only showing me the rows with numbers and the ones with text appears in blank. I need both data.
