Google Form how to link to spreadsheet and create sheets? [closed]

I have a Google Form here. When I want to link the responses to an spreadsheet and create new spreadsheet, how do I ensure the spreadsheet to separate the response into two separate sheets for section 2 and section 3? Can it be done automatically?

Section 1

Qn: Your class (Multiple Choice)
Option 1: Class 1 (Go to Section 2)
