Why doesn’t Google Mail, like Gmail, show a size limit? [closed]

Recently, I was allocated to a project for a Google client. The client provided mewith a Google mail account, not Gmail. I found it interesting because it doesn’tshow the total size, like 15 GB, as it does in Gmail.

It just shows like this:
