There used to be links at the bottom to take you to the nth page of results. Now, you just keep scrolling down until about 50 results and you reach the end.
I need this feature because when I search for jobs, the first few pages are almost never relevant. For example, when I searched for "IT jobs in Philadelphia" the first few pages of results were for sites that host abandoned RPO listings such as indeed.com or monster.com. Only by about page 10 would you find relevant applications on company websites, which were updated regularly and responded to.
Now this feature seems to be gone. But knowing google, I'm sure it can be enabled somehow.
