On Google Sheets how can I add a cell's contents to another cell and then automatically delete the contents of the original cell? [closed]

So I am making a budget on google sheets and I want to have a quick way to track my spending while on the go. I am tracking my total spending in E41 and in G41 is where I add the money I spend throughout a certain period. Let's say E41 has $100 already in the cell and I spend $5, well I would want to enter the $5 in G41 it would add that to E41 so E41 is now $105 and G41 goes back to 0.
