I need help to have a sheet only update the existing rows if there are changes and then also add any new rows at the bottom [closed]

I have a master spreadsheet. Ideally, I would like the information pulled into this sheet from another workbook to only add new rows if the item in column A is not found in the other workbook. Additionally, I want it to update the existing rows. The reason I don't want to do the Arrayformula lookup is because there are columns in the master sheet that are updated directly in that master sheet.
