I'm facing an issue with the Facebook app review process and could really use some guidance or advice. I have integrated Facebook login into my Google Data Studio app, where users are prompted to log in with their Google account before the Facebook login button is displayed. However, the Facebook app review team is asking for test credentials to verify the functionality.
The problem is that when I provide them with a test Google account, it seems that due to different countries, time zones, and machines, Google always asks for additional verification, such as an OTP (One-Time Password), making it impossible for the review team to complete the login process successfully.
As a result, the review team keeps declining my app with the message that they are unable to verify the test cases.
Has anyone else encountered a similar issue during the Facebook app review process? How did you handle it or what could be done in this situation? Any suggestions or insights on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
