I recently changed my Chrome account password and now I have to two-factor reauthenticate on a banking website. The banking website is saying it doesn't recognize my device, that it is a new device, or that perhaps I merely changed the settings on my device. What setting change(s) cause a device to become unrecognized? If a password change on my Chrome account could have done it, in what way? What identifying properties of the "device" is the web page examining that are password-dependent?
