I am having troubling figuring out how to reproduce the values highlighted here representing weighted averages up until the years 2019 & 2020. Those values are just a weighted average, where the past five years are worth three times as much and years 6 through 10 are weighted twice as much. The column years range from 1997, it is cutoff in the screenshot
Any help would be truly appreciated!
