Is there any free email services, without SMS registration and expiration date? [closed]

1. I need email, not a phone with sim card and mobile internet.

Email services with SMS or app requirement usually stop working after time with ("security reasons") if phone connection is missing. So phone lost or expired number, or blackout in cell-network will cause problems.

2. Without expiration timer (or at least 4 years).

Because if i spend few years in hospital many services (which enjoy to discriminate sick people) will block me for inactivity and delete all my data forever.

3. Of course it should not be required to have another account in some services.

So I want to avoid this great user care "security" concerns
