First time I have been on her to ask anything, myself and other staff are having difficulty with this one.We work in a school and are trying to create a "Truancy tracker" on Google sheets.The idea is that on page 1 we would insert details, eg the below

on another sheet we want it to collate all of the info, so under week A, Monday A, Period 2, it would say person A English Mr Smith 2. Ect

I have a template I can send / email if that helps.
If I explain why we are doing this, we want to predict when some students may truant their lessons so for example it would give us that in week A Wednesday person A often truants English with mr Smith. If we had that information we hopefully will be able to lower the truancy issue by being able to intercept before they actually truant. If that make sense.
