I have this notice in my youtube account that I should turn on 2-step verification. But on my settings page, I also see an indication that I have completed 2-step verification:
And when I go to my google security page, this is what I see (I photo shopped in fake contact info)
So where do I go to turn on 2-step verification? What am I missing?
EDITWhen I click on this link: https://myaccount.google.com/signinoptions/two-step-verification/enroll-welcome, I am taken the exact pages as shown in the images above. Following the steps in this link https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185839?hl=en also takes me to the exact same screens as above.
Why am I not seeing any instructions for 2 step verification as suggested by the google documentation?
SOLUTION:I'm unable to post answer to this closed question, so i'll post the solution here. I realized now the problem is that this is a google business workspace account. So here are the instructions:
Go to https://admin.google.com and login with the administrator account of your organization.
Then go to Users>Directory>Crazy Person (the name of my account)
Then notice that 2 Step Verification is off. SO you have to click Change security settings as shown in this pic:
Now enable the feature for 2 step verification:

Now you can go to your personal settings and see an option for 2-Step Verification
