I manage service emails for an organization, and the users change every two years (i.e. vendors@email.com switches who checks it periodically). The previous user did something to forward emails to their personal/work email account, and recently mentioned they were still getting copies of every email (and their "vacation" responder settings even reply to all of these emails).I've disabled POP/IMAP as of January, changed the passwords for the Gmail account, checked that there are no user accounts linked, and no filters set to auto-forward... As of today (April 7th), they are still getting these emails to their personal inbox. I'm at a loss as to how they could possibly still have access to these emails.
