Is there a way to tell Google to display just nothing in case it does not find anything relevant for a search with a quoted string? [closed]

When I make a search on Google using a query with quotes around an expression because I want a result that matches it exactly and when it finds nothing, Google insists in providing results for the same query without quotes, which does not fulfill my needs and at best distracts me and at worst makes me lose time by looking at them before figuring out that they are irrelevant.

For example, for the query "a query which google has no answer for", Google returns (or did return before it indexed this question):

No results found for "a query which google has no answer for".
Results for a query which google has no answer for (without quotes):
<List of irrelevant results>

Is there a way to override (e.g. via user preferences) this behavior and have Google answer:

No results found for "a query which google has no answer for".

and nothing more, or possibly just :

No results found for "a query which google has no answer for".
Click HERE for results for a query which google has no answer for (without quotes).

and nothing more?

I know that it is in principle possible to see the "No results found [...] (without quotes):" header but it does not prevent the distraction and it is easy to miss when you are focusing on something else.

Alternatively, are there other search engines with a decent coverage that can do that?
