How would I conditionally format a cell within a range (I2:I260) to fill with a colour when the first workday of the week appears. Sometimes due to public holidays Tuesday would be the first workday of the week and not Monday. I do not need to concern myself with weekends. At the moment I have a format that deals only when a Monday occurs but it ignores any other workday.Thank You
