Update Google Sheet Column A + B with new data without losing Column C - F data

I have a document tracking the file size of each project on my server (Column A + B) and important information about each project (Columns C - F).

I need to update the project size each month and looking to do this without manually typing them in or losing the attached info in the later columns.

There are also new jobs that get added to the list or some jobs are deleted and removed from the list.

How can I link the information to update automatically? I export the project list from an external source each month that it can reference on another tab if needed.
