GSheet - Pull data from multiple sheets and filter them based on predefined sheets, headers and rows within the sheets that are marked as true

I'm trying to create a lightweight product feed to synch to my shop system.Therefore I need to pull and filter the data that has to be synched into a master sheet.

To filter quickly, I want to be able to define the needed sheets and headers in a controlling sheet, which I already prepared.

Lastly, the last column has to be always "sync" as the header and all the rows on that column will be written with an "OK" when synch-script is running.
