Just a few days ago, I noticed my YouTube Chapters stopped working on my account.
The weird thing is when I sign out or switch to a different account, the Chapters start working again. The problem only occurs when I sign into the main account that I need. Is there some setting you can toggle on your account to enable/disable displaying Chapters?
The problem occurs on all of my devices and in different browsers, so it's not a problem with my computer or a Chrome extension. It is NOT a problem with creating YouTube chapters. It happens on other people's videos as well with proper 00:00 timestamps in the description.
The last thing I remember doing was changing some settings on my channel, adding some tags, and changing my channel's default video. I tried reverting those changes, but it didn't work. I've tried looking through all my account settings, but found nothing.
My channel is under 1,000 subs, so I can't access YouTube's built-in support. I sent a ticket a while back but received no response. I've resorted to Reddit and Discord support forums, but received no response.
