Can you fill a certain cell in Google Sheets by clicking a link?

I want that by pressing a link, it fills for example the cell B2 with a certain value/text.For example when i press the link (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...) a determined cell gets automaticly filled with a determined value. Is that even possible? I know you can get a link for a specific cell but thats not what i mean. pls help
