Filter text in Gmail by parsing text of the message (if certain value in the text larger than X, apply tag Y) [closed]

Is there any option in Gmail, or 3rd party plugin, to expand the filtering feature so it can parse the text of the email and, based on its value, apply a specific tag to the message?

Namely, I am receiving a lot of emails from our users where I would like to check something like: if the field "amount" in the email has a value less than 1000, apply a tag Y; if the field "amount" has the value larger than 1000, apply a tag Z, etc.

I could not find a way to do it using Gmail's built-in filtering options.

Thanks
