Two data validations in the same cell, separated by a / [closed]

I'd like to have two data validations in the same cell separated by a /.1st =CountIf[range],"checked in" for any cells containing the words checked in from a drop down menu. THEN, I'd like a separate validation to count any cells with text ("*"). Can I have these different totals sit side by side in a cell, separated by a /?
