Insert Dropdown (Cell Range) from Google Sheets into Google Doc

I'm using Google Docs to collect a lot of information about property. Each property has its own Doc file. In this Doc, I have various Dropdown lists. I'm at the point where I need to update and add options to some Dropdown Lists. However, the problem is I would need to go into each Doc separately and update each list manually.

Q: - Is there a way to have a global dynamic Dropdown List that I can on every Doc?

In attempt to achieve this, I created a Google Sheet and in Column A added all the contents of one particular list. However, I'm unsure how to add Data Validation in Google Docs to use the cell range to create a dropdown list.

Can I create a Dropdown List in google sheets and use the range in various Google Documents, or is there a better solution?
